Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail boxes and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward electronic mails from one mail account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your mail accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and change the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the mail account you would like to forward mails from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest.
